Respecting 60 Atlantic’s 115 years of use and timeless design, the building has been thoughtfully updated for the 21st century without sacrificing its history or character. Completed in Fall 2014, the renovation features contrasting brick infill, glass, corten steel, and a bold super-graphic mural, establishing 60 Atlantic as a design landmark in Liberty Village. The success of this fully leased building informed the ambitious vision for 80 Atlantic, now complete, extending the project’s commitment to inspired design and modern workspace.
