At the intersection of King East’s history and its growing creative scene.

Located in the heart of Corktown, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, this turn of the century warehouse originally built as a button factory carries with it a long history of the arts. Most notably, it was the old location of the Funnel, an experimental Super 8 cinema which used to screen films by the likes of Joyce Wieland and American filmmaker Jack Smith.

This location will feature a range of office spaces for all team sizes, our signature lounge spaces, boardrooms, telephone rooms, kitchens, and an exclusive rooftop bar and lounge.

“This project honours the century‑old character of the building, preserving original structure and details, while introducing new spatial experiences that elevate its use and cultural life.”
